My late Brother introduced my to this magical shop well over 10 years ago, and I have been a regular customer since. It looks and smells like a proper bike shop, how they used to be. Shane and Karen have helped me so much with my ageing projects and have always come up trumps, They are knowledgable and if they don't have it, can find it in most cases. Shops and their proprietors like this are rapidly vanishing, I hope they keep open for many years to come, so instead of going to a faceless, characterless mega chain, support your local shop! Absolutely love Launchbury’s! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Turnaround time is always same day which put other bike shops to shame. No job too big or too small! My go to shop! Keep up the good work!
Needed some odd ball wheel bearings and Launchburys were suggested, what a charming shop run by an extraordinary pair....they couldn't have been more helpful and all for a few pounds. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
