Changed to say we have been receiving outstanding service recently from the doctors and the nurses. The booking system is a lot to be desired however and the surgery appears to be oversubscribed of late. Once you secure an appointment, you are sure to receive medical care to a high standard.

The staff need to communicate better with easy other! All they want to do is blame someone else. If I could give 0 I would

Kerry Furzeland

Could do better. Need a bit more attention to detail and continuity of care .

I find that Launceston Medical Centre is excellent. I have received kindly and careful treatment especially when I was very ill. The practice saved my life by getting me to the hospital, twice, in time.
