I have owned dogs all my life, so have experienced various kennels over the years and Pridelands out does them all! I have a very sensitive Rhodesian Ridgeback and two elderly worldly wise terriers. I left all three with the caring and professional team at Pridelands for two weeks over Christmas. I can honestly say that my RR has come back a new man - he not only looked amazing, his confidence had been built up 10 fold - I would like to say a special thank you to Sarah for dedicating so much of her time to him. My two little ones were very contented also. All the dogs were taken on long walks in beautiful secure countryside allowing them to run free without leads and play with other good natured dogs. Regular photos and videos of the dogs were sent to me, which was so heart warming and reassuring. I can highly recommend Pridelands and would not send my dogs anywhere else.

We took all three of our dogs to Pridelands for week while we were on holiday. I was anxious as we don't normally leave our babies in kennels, however Pridelands were excellent. I had updates throughout the week with pictures of the girls during their excercise time in the enclosed run, which completely put our mind at rest. I cannot recommend them enough and we will certainly be using them again. Thank you so much to the Team for taking such care of our babies.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Our dog goes in happily every time and appears absolutely fine when we pick her up. It's nice getting an update from the staff whilst we are away.

Pridelands will keep your advanced payment when you have to cancel your booking. We were going to take our dogs there from Late March for two weeks and due to lockdown had to cancel. We gave them plenty of notice once the lockdown was announced but Pridelands wouldn’t refund our payment even though they didn’t have the dogs!! Most disappointing, we wouldn’t recommend Pridelands and will not use them again.
