Very friendly staff and relaxed family feel to the place. Relaxed service as well, so when you go prepare to stay awhile and enjoy. The food is well executed and comforting with just the right dash of flair.

Excellent, the chef and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful and thoughtful. The passion of the chef shines through in the food. Everything was cooked to perfection. We ordered three different 'nos plats' and we all enjoyed each one. Some of the seafood was pulled out of the sea just blocks away.
A small restaurant with a short menu of locally inspired items. Great food cooked with passion. Very accomodating hosts, as we arrived quite late in the evening.
The tournedos Rossini was amazing. The magret de canard, is cured by the chef who prepares all his dishes himself. When asked about the beef, the chef will happily show a picture of the cows at the farm where he gets the meat, explaining how the farmer feeds them with hay produced on the same farm. Both the lady waiting on us (the chef's wife?) and the chef were extremely friendly and welcoming, obviously passionate about their business and the experience they provide their customers. I'll be going back to the Auberge again next time I'm in Sete.
Excellent food, easily some of the best I've had in Sète. We had the carpaccio and the salmon gravadlax to start (gravadlax was pretty special), followed by the moules marininieres and the macoranade. The macoranade was really the show stopper for me, a mountain of pasta with a very tender meaty stew filled with sausage, pork belly and mince. Alas, no room for dessert!
Restaurant qui mérite sa réputation. Excellent accueil. Plat et dessert de qualité faits maison. Très bon conseil et d'une honnêteté exemplaire. Établissement à visiter sans hésitation lors d'un séjour à Sète.
Produit de qualité, cuisine bonne. Personnel sympa et disponible. Loin du brouhaha touristique. À tester
