I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I actually like that they have a variety of doctors in case my doctor is unavailable. I've been able to see the same physician for well care, and never have any issues getting RX scripts. My only criticism would be that the online patient portal could work better. I think it's changed 3 times since I started with this practice 14 years or so ago.

Was a patient in the past never had any issues, I am technically now a “new patient” as it’s been a few years since I have seen them. I have a few medical conditions and was hoping to get seen soon, was told they’re booked out six months to see a doctor and 3 months for a physicians assistant, was told in the mean time I should go to urgent care. I just want to see a primary care doctor, not keep coming and going to urgent care :(

Refused to see my sick 11 year old then discharged him from their practice. Wow! He has been a patient there since he was born and had a valid reason for being seen by a provider. The office manager told us to go to the ER and then never followed up. Unbelievable.

one time i called for a needed script refill and they took over a week call it in. another occurrence i called for an appointment and was told a nurse would call me back 2 days later i had to call them back to be told someone else would call me back. my primary is great but the office end of the house is horrendous

Had my annual physical today. The Physician Assistant who performed the physical and her nurse were exemplary. Good service, plenty of good information shared and above average interpersonal skills. I've been a patient at Latham Medical since the late 1970s and have to say that today's visit was very representative of what I remember all the way back to that time. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for Latham Medical. No one likes going to a doctor's office, but if I have to go, am glad to have this place available.
