Meet Aikout (not sure apt spelling !) and Unal ; 2 dynamic Turkish guys, very friendly, who opened their joint to 18 months ago in Troyes. Just a heads up ... IT'S NOT A KEBAB !! They serve typical Turkish sandwiches/pizza : dough freshly made and rolled in front of you, the freshest ingredients prepared day to day, and a mix of delicious spices ! Their star serving : the Lahmacun, being a thin crusted dough topped with finely minced beef, tomatoes, some paprika, topped by lettuce and parsley served on the side !! I ordered it spicy, and it was really tasty ! I also tried the cheese borek which was good but lacked a bit of flavour. The restaurant is small, so you may want to book in advance. Am really excited of going back there and trying the rest of the menu !!
Very delicious Turkish food, good quality and nice welcoming. but service time is a bit long. but I recommend it.
Very fresh and well balanced spiced. 4-5 tables to eat inside and friendly staff.

Just a lovely small place with the best and fresheat lahmacun outside of Turkey. Very warm welcome by the owner and, who make the lahmacun fresh in front of your eyes. Highly recommended for a quick bite.
Excellent restaurant ! Service rapide et super. Le chef explique avec passion sa carte. Très bon accueil. Toujours un plaisir d'y aller.
