I have barely left a review in my life but felt compelled to! The food and menu were fantastic, really high quality, along with the friendly service and great view across the waterfront. The outside area was nicely set up and sufficiently warm. All in all a great evening!

Arrived a little early for my table but the staff were brilliant, gave me the drinks menu and food menu to browse. Food was amazing! Staff were friendly and attentive. We were outside, yes in winter, but heaters were brought. The view over the marina is special, all in all a wonderful experience! You need to go there!

High quality food with a nice view. We were happy to find they they have a free carpark, good for somewhere in town. Food was great and service very friendly. We had the burger and an omelette. Both great although the omelette has a salad on it which is fine but also salad dressing, so if you don't like salad dressing make sure and let them know. It wasn't clear when ordering but the staff sorted it out for us with no stress. The burger was great! This was our first visit and I wish we'd been before. They're using NHS track and trace app qr code which is good. Will return soon!
First time at a restaurant since the pandemic but second time visiting the Last Anchor. The system they have in place is in one way and out another. Hand sanitizer on entry but there was no one there to monitor this when we arrived. My husband and I were really quite surprised that no staff had any face sheilds on and it really didn't feel like tables were at good distance apart inside at its fullest. We did enjoy our meals however and staff were pleasant. Never did get our jug of tap water though!
