The rudest and most ignorant staff I have ever experienced. Went with my young grandson to be told to come back in half hour due to a birthday party already being in, no problem with that whatsoever. When we returned had to get in queue whilst people seen to foot other attractions, staff acknowledged us and told us that they wouldn't be long, when we eventually got to front then told BY SAME MEMBER of staff party had only just gone in and to come back in another hour or 2. 1) why tell us party was already in originally and 2) why not tell us instead of having us waiting in queue second time around that it was still unavailable

Although not the largest arena it has a nice layout, with good hold points and a central dominant open lane with a raised platform providing a varied field. With what I can tell the equipment looks good and is well maintained. Recommended for groups of upto maybe 12, after that I think it would start becoming crowded. It also features 3 escape rooms, while yet to check out, look good and very interesting. Overall a good time with great staff

Staff are great and friendly, best to book in advance during the summer period as it's always busy. During winter call before going just to make sure they are open and let them know what time you'll be there as it's rare to see staff behind the counter. Me and my family often visit and friends. You get to chose your own music and overall great fun. It's fun for all ages!
