WOW! I sent a signet ring to be engraved with a family crest and was concerned that the level of detail in the image I provided might be a little ambitious as well as to how well the image would translate into an engraving. When I saw the ring I was blown away - it is literally flawless. The picture doesn't do it justice but no matter how close you look at the real thing, it's perfectly crisp! Looks awesome from every angle. Staff were lovely and helpful throughout and kept me updated at every stage. Highly recommended!
Amazing, first class service. From start to finish the gentlemen here did an amazing job at guiding me through the process, and were with me step by step of the way. I had a challenging task - a crest engraved on a small, swivel signet ring - and they blew my expectations away. The detail is perfect. Highly recommended!!
I recently got a large glass jar engraved with my wedding logo, and I specifically asked for the logo to be as big as the jar would allow. They informed me that this would be no problem. However, when I received the jar back, the logo was very small. Only after enquiring about this, they explained why they had to do it that way. I had no communication about this issue before they engraved, and they made their own decision to go ahead even though it was not what I wanted. The quality of the engraving was done to a high standard, but the lack of communication resulted in a very unhappy customer.
