A group of us met for dinner at Trece then walked through the rest of Planet 13. It’s a pretty cool place. Several in our party purchased items from the dispensary but since it was late at night not everything was open so I would like to go back again and check it all out.

This was suppose to be a 30% strain, went to curbside got home noticed the strain was 25.05% when I called CS they said they ran out and didn’t feel the need to give me the option to choose if i wanted a lower quality strain, stayed on hold with 3 different agents who acted like it was my fault and showed no empathy. Spoke with a manager who said all he could do was give me 10 after spending 140 and being misled on percentages. Please be Aware of this place
Security followed me around the entire time and if my mask fell below my nose for a SECOND, the dude was yelling at me. I instantly walked out after three times of him doing that. I’ll b spending my money elsewhere
New to town and the manager Monica not only got on the floor due to how busy it was but was able to work with me using a picture of my mail to get the local deals! She was super sweet, matched me with the best products for my price range and I walked out with my FAVORITE strain from high school. I’ll definitely be back!
Very nice dispensary! Huge selection all different variations. Huge selection of edibles, vapes, waxes,etc. They even have apparel and bongs,pipes,etc. Very nice set up even has a cafe inside for when you get the munchies. Its like a giant canibis strip mall in there. You can also see where everything is made like the edibles etc.
