On February 13th of last year my house burned down And I lost everythingI was hospitalized burned on over 40Percent of my bodyWhen I got out I lost everything. It was amid the pandemic at it just started so a lot of the places were shut down and I was unable to get help . On September 6th My girlfriend od 4 years took her life because we lost our second home in a year . it was to much for her to take we were homless a couple months .before detr gave me my unemployment and shut it off a month later . We lost that home because of DETR . They took our money and caused so much pain in my life and they Continue to do so. This is one goverment agency that has no heart and dont care about people just about what numbers are coming in If you're looking for helpLookout

nevada unemployment system doesnt even deserve 1 star. this is the worst service ive ever experienced. my unemployment debit card got hacked and now my account is pending and dealing with issues delaying payments because of bpc in person i.d. check. you would think that because of this so called pandemic that they would at least expand their services. the system really is designed for you to fail while you work so hard for them and pay all the taxes and in return you get scrap and barely receive enough to get by.

They help you the best of their abilities due to the corona 19 virus there are real slow because the high volume of people who need their help. You have to just keep trying and be patient. When you call them and they say please stay on the line for the next available operator do it put your phone on speaker phone and go about your business listening for them to answer because if you don't you'll never get through and start early and my suggestion is midweek and like right around lunch time would be the best time to try it for the slowest and least amount of time you have to wait and quote say a prayer.

My claim has been in limbo for 4 months now. You would think a government agency would have the resources to expand and at least try to adapt to the high volume of claims. Building the stadium for millions of dollars in order to bring a team of football players to make themselves millions of dollars was the best use of our public taxes!! good going
