Let me start by saying this has to be by far the best sales experience ever, Courtney was a awesome sale representative and he really knew how to handle business. He wasn't pushy or annoying with trying to sale u something u didn't want or can afford, I recommend him to everyone who needs help with buying car and that has less then perfect credit thanks guys for all your help. 5 stars all around

Body Calibration

“Reconditioning fee”. By definition I believe that means they are to recondition the car right? Why was I charged this and the tires on it were chipped and cracked (obviously original tires from before). In this fee it’s charges for tint to. The car I traded in was already tinted and I saw they still charge this 300 fee because their recondition fee includes it. So I was charged for tint which was probably already there on my used car purchase AND I got to keep the original old ugly tires. Thank you I will never comeback. You do know that tires are the main way cars are able to get around on the roads?!!?!!?

What amazing customer service ! I went from having a nightmare experience at another dealer to financing my new 2021 from Cardinals Acura with Joseph Coloma. He was very patient and explained leasing and financing option for me. They treat customers VIP and were patient with my children, even provided coloring books ! Nice clean lodging area with drinks. All in all awesome so happy to be Acura fam !
