This was some of the best authentic Mexican/Mayan food I've ever had. The prices are good and the service is incredibly friendly. The ambience is also very cozy and homey. I highly, highly recommend Las Kekas Restaurant. Do not leave Laredo without stopping here.

The place was very clean and food outstanding and delicious. I love the presentation of the food. The beans stayed hot throughout the meal due to the ceramic bowl and lid they were served in. The place reminded me of when I would eat at my grandmother's place in old Mexico and the taste of the food. If could give more than 5 starts I would give a 10. This place is one of the best restaurants that I've eaten Mexican food so far. And in my opinion one if not the best places to eat when here in Laredo Texas. The owner and staff were getting, polite and make you feel at home like if your at a relatives house. Great job!!! Great food!!!!
I took a chance on this place I saw on google maps with 4.5 star rating. When I got there it was empty but I trusted the ratings so I sat down and ordered. The service was outstanding the food was delicious and different not your typical San Antonio jalisco. The poblano rice was the bomb and the tamarindo sauce was something I never had but oh I tasted so good. I'm glad I took a chance this place did not disappoint.
We tried the kekas and they were amazing! Great food at a great price! The owners are very friendly and gave us suggestions on what to order. We will definitely be back. The food was worth the drive from San Antonio and although I probably won't make it to Laredo again, I hope any readers that are going there will drop by. You will love it.
