We went to see a traditional jazz band playing on Friday evening with some friends. There is a cafe/restaurant there which serves good, simple food at reasonable prices, very tasty, well served and varied menu, can highly recommend. There are concerts of different kinds each Friday evening, ending 1st Friday in August and judging from our own experiences there is plenty to satisfy all tastes played by very competent musicians. At other times the cafe/restaurant is open most days and there is a beautiful wooded area where one can wander peacefully taking in all that nature offers.

Recreational park and restaurant/café for all ages. Family friendly with a playground and indoor as well as outdoor facilities.
Excellent food, I've eaten at Bøkekroa multiple times, they haven't disappointed me.
