The restaurant is a small, sparkling gem on the outskirts of Biarritz, well worth the journey and effort to reach it. Right next to the train station and a stone's throw from the airport so you have no excuse to skip lunch. Make a reservation, as the tables are limited and highly coveted. The menu is all local, of course but the flavor is world class and every dish has both the depth of the nearby ocean and the height of the mountains on the horizon. Worth every centime though lucky for you, the dishes are of generous proportions and reasonably priced. Want an insider's tip? Get out of the tourist hustle and linger over this meal. English delightfully spoken.

Super moment passé à l'arty chaud en famille. Cuisine ouverte et de haute voltige. Carte des vins de qualité. Plats bien élaborés avec un faible pour la mousse de chèvre et le mi-cuit de thon (de ligne) . Service impeccable.
