Service was slow, especially since they weren't very busy. Ordered iced tea, received sweet tea which wasn't that big of a deal to me, but when it came time for a refill, they took forever to get me a refill and then they were out of tea. I understand not wanting to make a new batch if it was late, but this was at 7:30. Seemed like they could have put on a fresh pot or even half a pot. I ordered the baked Royal hoagie which I am a fan of. Tonight was the first time that they have put pizza sauce on it. It was just okay, definitely not what I was expecting. The salad was pretty good. The kitchen chips were a over cooked. Normally I enjoy eating here, but today service and missed expectations detracted from the experience.

Everything was very good with two exceptions. The ravioli was room temperature and the garlic sauce we had on our large pizza was very bland. I am excited that on Wednesdays there is a kids build your own pizza night we will be back for that.
I visit this unique restaurant from time to time because I enjoy the special atmosphere that is outline this place. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably welcoming and experienced. The service is extraordinarily efficient. Most important, the food they prepare is magnificent. I frequent often and I was always joyful. The price is honest. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
My pregnant daughter and I were eating at the blue Ash location when right after we got our food they set up tables in the middle aisle which there were no tables there when we sat down and the restaurant was empty. Without any warning or offer to move us. Then 20 people were sat right next to us definitely not six feet from us and most of the people were not wearing masks. We left the restaurant immediately and were very upset!
We love this place! They make it right and they make it fast! The staff is friendly. We go so much, when we go to pick up our order they don't even ask our name anymore! The app makes it easy to order too!
