WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered 2 meals online for pickup for Valentine's Day dinner. Placed the order just before 6 pm. They said my order would be ready for pickup at 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:30 and there were at least 25 cars waiting for their orders. I decided to be patient. At 7:40pm, I got out of the car and asked what was taking so long. I was told that they were working on 20 orders and had over 100 they had not started. One person waiting said he placed his order at 4pm and had not received it. Most people were requesting refunds. I am thankful I didn't pay online. I got back in my car and went home. We pulled some turkey and fixings fro Christmas from the freezer for dinner. We ate at 9pm. Never going back to Outback again in my life!

The manager Elle was amazing!! She gave the best experience to our family! She had great energy, excellent suggestions- she basically helped me order my entire meal. The servers were pleasant and the service was ah-maze-zing!!! Food was on point definitely coming to this location
Very disappointing. Wanted to get my wife a special dinner to take home and they couldn't get it right. The website advertised an hour wait hut it was mire than 3 hour wait from the time of order at 530 pm to the time if cancellation at 8 15 pm. One of the managers had the nerve to come out and announce that there were too many patrons standing outside and we were going to get them shut down. At that point when most if not all were trying to cancel orders did he think anyone cared. He should gave shown his face 2 hours before the crowd started forming. NEVER AGAIN!
Worth the wait! Arrived Sunday morning and thought we were early....Blu we were wrong! I recommend making reservations prior to. Great food and service! I will for sure return on our travels back to the area
There food is great! I love this particular location especially for their lobster tails. They season them to perfection and they are never dried out! The adult beverages are great as well. Their customer service is great!
