Despite being relatively new, Focus Pilates already has an ambience of peaceful determination to help you become healthier through their great instructors and programs. The Pilates reformer is an impressive and progressive piece of equipment and I finish my classes always tired but fulfilled and then re energized. Highly recommended.

Amazing fully equiped pilates studio with extremely qualified and kind instructors. A very peaceful and happy place to build your body strength and improve your posture. Also very relaxing to get a way for a while from the daily hecticness. My body started showing immediately results and I can’t wait for my next sessions!
