I took the one week class with instructor Diane and all I can tell you is that she is Amazing, takes the time to explain everything to to students and very professional. I’m not gonna lie if you thinking about taking the one week course just know that you have to study a lot is a lot of info. Thank you Diane for your great job

I participated in the 7 day Real Estate Sales Associate Class and completed the course yesterday. The overall process of scheduling the class, clearing a waiting list to take it sooner, and having one of the most positive, uplifting instructors was an A. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. My instructor Fran Jarvis was extremely motivational, kept the entire class engaged, and did a fabulous job to prepare us. She was totally perceptive to everyone's needs and addressed them all. Fran was dedicated dedicated to making sure each of us were prepared to pass. There is not doubt, I will be sticking with Gold Coast for all of my training needs.
Professional staff and great location in heart of Palm Beach County. Instructors are very knowledgeable and keep your interest during the learning sessions. Great school for licensing and continuing education.
Great experience every time I’ve been here! Ray was the 63-hr One week course instructor- he made that "boot camp" much more enjoyable than it would have been. I feel like I'm set up for success in my upcoming state exam.
I highly recommend the two or more week classes. I bought my book 4 weeks before taking the one week class. The instructors are very good, be certain to listen carefully. The test is full of trick questions.
Gold Coast provided me with great preparation for the FL Real Estate Sales Associate exam. Mr. Gaffney was a fantastic instructor, and I felt very prepared going into the state examination. I passed the exam with no issues, and I would recommend Gold Coast Schools to anyone looking for a career in real estate sales.
Gold Coast Schools in Lantana was very professional...and clean. My instructor, Walt Lesbirel, was a terrific. Not only was he a great instructor, he had plenty of good stories to keep me motivated. And he is funny and so smart. I passed the class final so I won't see him again but my best goes out to him and the school.
