Spoke to Mary on 6/13 and she scheduled an appt for me on 7/10. I got there an hour early so that I can fill out any necessary \New Patient\ paperwork and in about an hour and a half, a lady comes out (says she's Mary but didn't sound like the voice I heard over the phone) and tells me he (doctor Khan) isn't taking any new patients! I was livid! I cried so hard because I have to live with pain for the rest of my life probably and I had just moved here so finding a doctor close to me was hugely important! She didn't show any empathy - she made it seem like it's not her fault she just found out the previous Monday; I should have been contacted Tuesday! This was a MAJOR WASTE of my time and resources! The lady I spoke to over the phone on 6/13 was sweet and nice and she took my information, my referral and told me I was all set. This almost made me commit suicide because you NEVER know what a person is going thru! She knew I was sitting there for an hour - she walked by 3 or 4 times! The only people that were nice to me was Paul and his daughter at the front desk. I'm hurt by this. I've waited almost a month to be seen but got turned away without any recommendations to other doctors or anything. I'm extremely angry.

I’ve suffered with chronic pain over 15 years! After my previous pain doctor closed his practice after 20 years. I didn’t know what doctor to go for pain management. I was referred to the Pain Clinic and it’s been great! Dr. Khan is caring, throughl and truly cares about his patients. I’m so happy to find a doctor that truly understands living with pain. My previous doctor was great and I’m just thankful I have a new doctor that’s awesome!! I’d recommend this clinic to anyone suffering or living with pain. Nurse Mary is the kindest person you’d ever want to meet!
