I'd just like to say a massive thank you for all the care and support you gave my Nan during her stay. She often spoke highly of you all and certainly appreciated the many chats, laughs and nightcap whiskeys along the way. The kindness, dedication and compassion over the years has been fantastic. Your continued compassion, especially on her return from hospital, was exceptional and really put her at ease after what was a rather difficult month away. Can I also extend thanks for the support you have given my family in recent weeks; during this time it has been really comforting to have so many friendly faces always happy to help.

We wanted to thank you so much for looking after our father for the last 2 years. We cannot praise all your staff highly enough for the love, care and friendship you gave him. My Auntie spent her last few years at Lansdowne and I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff for the excellent care she received. Audrey had the perfect ending in Lansdowne Hill . Thanks to the great team they have there. X
Sadly, today we said “goodbye” to Lansdowne Care Home as my Mum now needs a nursing home. Although Mum never settled because she didn’t want to be anywhere other than her own, home, which wasn’t possible, the staff always looked after her and had incredible patience. So thank you, we would highly recommend this care home.
A big thank you for looking after P for the last 6 and a half years. She loved her time here.
