He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, from finding the vehicle and arranging the financing to having the vehicle ready a week earlier than was expected. My wife and I went to see about getting her a new vehicle. The experience was beyond excellent. Our salesman Gill was outstanding in getting her into a car that suited her driving needs. As well the entire staff there was so easy to deal with making it a memorable experience for both of us. I recently bought a new Ram 1500 from here and it was a good experience. My salesman Sunny was knowledgeable, not pressuring and made the purchase very painless. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the level of customer service we received at Willowbrook Chrysler. Brett responded to my online inquiry within minutes and by the next day I had picked up my brand new Wrangler! Brett made sure he answered any questions I had within minutes and was super easy to get ahold of. He stayed late on New Years Eve to make sure we were happy! Steve the sales manager was a delight to deal with and made sure we were taken care of! Joe from Finance was also very pleasant to talk to and made everything crystal clear from the financial side. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you all about our experience at Willowbrook Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. As you can see, I gave it 5 stars. I will tell you that it wasn’t the smoothest process from beginning to the end, but in the end this dealership worked its magic for us to get into our dream vehicle. More specifically I would like to give high praise to our salesman, Nils Johnson. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. No pressure at all from him to get us into a vehicle that we did not want. His words were **I want you to get up and be happy that you just bought this new vehicle** (these words really stuck with us). Nils and Joe Frye (Finance Manager) really went to bat for us in getting our dream vehicle. They found a way to make it work in our favor and we couldn’t have asked for much more than that.
