RR is coping as well as any large chain with the Covid restrictions, no great difference in food or service was noticed. The waitress called me sir, which was generous as I was still dressed in work clothes. All food was cooked and presented as per chain specs. A solid performance in a difficult time.

Why is the Langley location service always so consistently poor? Red Robin food is always good but today for example: Asking 4 different staff for silverware wasn't enough. Had to get up and stand, ignored at a kiosk... How does one enjoy a meal that sits for 20 minutes waiting for silverware? Bottomless anything? Refill of anything isn't possible unless you do it yourself. This can't be a staff problem but a management problem, a complete lack of reinforcement of customer service.

This place is so dirty we almost bolted the second we sat down. If not for our two starving tots we would have. The floor is disgusting, almost like what you'd find at closing time in a downtown club. Dirt and food scraps all over the place. Dried ketchup stains on the furniture and railings. I get it, it's a kid-friendly restaurant. But comon, a little cleaning effort would be nice. The food was alright, what you would expect from a Red Robin, but if the dining area is that gross I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. Two stars only for the cheap kids meals and decent service.

Extremely busy Red Robins compared to other locations. They didn't have hand sanitizers available at the door and I found the restaurant to be dirty all over. I watched employees do a quick wipe down on a table and seat another group right away shortly after. Not sure if they take COVID seriously. Food was okay. I had asked for extra crispy fries but got cold regular cooked fries. It took a while to get a fresh batch of crispy fries to replace it. I would honestly eat somewhere else around the area.

Great burgers! Yes they do this right - solid selection of packed, juicy burgers. The service was fantastic, our server was so sweet. But for a sit-down restaurant with full menu and full prices, I was underwhelmed. Plastic cups, small plates (bamboo fibre? Plastic?), cutlery on a tray on the table, a wobbly table with hard seats, food just tossed on my plate or in foil - felt a little too fast food / Chucky Cheese for my liking and for what we paid (which, in my opinion, the price includes the atmosphere and service right?). But my wife loved her burger - the Whiskey - and my daughter loved RR's endless steak fries and really savoury gravy.
