The fifth dealer shop was Porsche on the day we went to see the car. I actually never thought I would sign the first vehicle of my life on the same day. However, when I saw Jonathan, I think he has something to say was professional different from the four dealers I had previously seen. He taught me smoothly why I should buy a car rather than just selling it. Of course, his manager also gave me a lot of help so I could purchase it. Very satisfied and riding well. I don't leave any comment actually but I definitely want to leave it. If you wanna go and see Porsche , Highly recommend go find Jonathan. He is really awesome !

My daughter bought her new car here and the man who went over all the car options and instructions on how to use everything when she came to pick it up was awesome!! Cannot say enough good things about him!! Beautiful car!
Highly recommend Porsche Centre Langley if anyone is looking in getting a Porsche. Remember to look for Jonathan Kang at the dealership. I must say, I live in Richmond, and there are many closer Porsche dealerships closer to where I live. In fact, there is one just a few blocks away. However, I am willing to take the long drive all the way to Langley to find Jonathan to get the car. This is because not only does Jonathan has the most outstanding customer service, but also he is constantly on top and always willing to take that extra step to understand and to help his customers to find the right Porsche that suits their needs. He will put himself in the perspective of his customer and to really understand them to ensure that his customers are getting the most value out of the money spent on the car. In addition, he will make all efforts and do research on his own time to ensure that all questions from his customers are answered. Buying the car from Jonathan was stress free, and he works really hard on his own time to help his customer to do research and to get all the questions answered. Thank you Jonathan for the wonderful buying experience! I look forward to continue to work with you in the years ahead!

Worth the trip to Langley! I had been planning this purchase for some time. As I live in Vancouver, naturally I dropped by the local dealers.. however as the 992's have been in short supply I was told it wouldn't be until 2021 that I would be able take delivery assuming they could even get an allocation. Beyond that quite frankly I felt the experience to be lacking (perhaps I didn't look like a 'porsche customer'). ;) So I thought I would take a trip over to Langley to try my luck. Immediately upon my arrival I found the experience to be a night and day difference.. Brad Ritchot was very attentive to my needs, and was a real pleasure to deal with, helping to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I knew that chances were slim that I would be securing a new 992 anytime soon, however Brad was able to work his magic and within a couple weeks he had help get me set up with a factory order on a 2021. Fast forward a few months, as my car was on the first batch of 2021's they were delayed at the port awaiting EPA certification.. the extra weeks turned into months, but finally the day came. And again Brad was able to work his magic, by getting my car expedited on a covered truck, which meant that I would need to wait weeks for my car to arrive by rail. Today was the day I had been waiting for, and again Brad did not disappoint.. though I didn't want to make an issue of the delay (given it was just an unfortunate circumstance and was outside of Porsche's control) has he handed me the keys just before I drove off in my new ride, Brad surprised me one more time by informing me that Porsche is setting me up with 1,000 in credit towards servicing to make it up to me for the delay. I would not hesitate to recommend calling Brad at Porsche Langley, he is a true professional and knows a thing or two about how to take care of his clients.
