Fresh market as the name. You can found anything for cooking, like fish, fresh vegetables, etc.
I came here to look for ulam (local greens) for salad. They often sale pucuk selom and pucuk gajus. Although my favorite ulam is pucuk ulam raja, it is hard to find them anywhere around Kuah town, not even at Pasar Awam Kuah, or the night market. This store carries a wide variety of fresh vegetables, spices like curry powder, seasoning sauce, rice, noodles, etc. Easy to access from Penarak road and ample parking lots.
Clean up guys! I prefer to support the local shop owners rather than the big supermarkets. You can get here basically all you need for daily life but sometimes the veggies are messy and flies around the fish and meat that is truly disgusting.
We thought it was some big fresh market as we have in Bangladesh. However it is the name of the shop! And it is not so big. And any of the food didn't feel like fresh. Price isn't any less than at other shops. It didn't meet our expectation at all. A total disappointment. We are not going there again. Mostly felt deceived by the name and locals also didn't inform properly what to expect.
Becarefull as the fish is not that fresh. Bought really good fish from adjoining shop.
