Staff are helpful and keeps the order quite efficiently. They're also accommodating to any questions you might have. I'm only giving 4* though because some of them aren't wearing a face mask or it's pulled down their chin.

At the time I was there, the queue is quite fast moving, but it varies on the daily influx of registrants; no lunch break.

It was my first time to renew my car registration. I searched for a good LTO and found this office having 4.3 stars. When I got here the guards approached me and ask my purpose; To renew my car registration. One of the staff guided me through the process: 1. Emission test - it was just on the other side of the road, maybe 20 steps away. It’s where they let me park my car too. 2. Insurance - just another 20 steps away 3. Stencil - the staff who guided me performed the process 4. Payment - the staff who guided me wrote all the details needed in a form then have it signed also then pointed me to the the transaction process. 5. Stickers - after payment, they gave me the new OR with stickers. All of the staffs are nice, the guards too and thanks to the staff who guided me also! I gave him a tip after the process. It took me just 30 mins to renew car registration. I got there early at 8AM Tuesday. Summary of my cost are: 1. Emission test - P415 2. Insurance - P900 3. Registration - P2,700 The registration fee varies depending on your car, mine is Honda Civic (Sedan type). I renewed my cars registration 4 weeks late so they charge me P800. I guess that’s P200 for every week late, though it might cost higher if you’re more than a month late. If I am not late, that would just cost me P1.9k for registration cost. All in all the service was great! I will rate this office 5 stars! And come back to this office again next year!
