There's a reason that this place is in the list of Britain's best chippies, & that's because their stuff tastes like it should. Like it used to. People go here once, then don't bother going anywhere else ever again. Yes, the parking is a bit tricky & it's hard to find the first time you come, but it's so worth it. Assume that there'll be a queue, unless you rock up as they open. If you live locally, you'll become a regular too, because it really is that nice.

The most amazing chips I have ever had. They were crisp on the outside and soft inside. Tasted delicious . My chip butty was heaven. Must go more often

Great fish and chips. Batter crunchy and not greasy. Even did my dog a fish with no salt. A. Only issue is following the signs to the shop. Journey is worth the trip.
