Yes the sweets here are expensive compared to a supermarket or discount store. But this is a store with a throwback feel to a time gone by where sweets are sold by Thier weight and there is a huge range of sweets from the tradition to the modern. There are lots of sweets here that are not easily available elsewhere so they are the ones to hone in on rather than the ones available everywhere else. Staff were helpful. Try the apple sours... They are extremely sour!

Just visited sweet emporium in Lancaster with my 9year.old son who has ADHD and traits of AUTISM my little boy spent 15 pounds on a box of assorted sweets and to my horror when I have added the total cost of the contents up it came in at a little over 11 pounds for one packet of Refresher chews they had a price sticker of 75 pence and you can get 5 packs for a pound at Asda I would not recommend this shop to anyone it’s a wonder how they get any customers I have tried to ring more than ten times in a space of.30 minutes and still got no answer

Ripoff!! They are a in a retail centre with high street prices! Right next door to them is Grape Tree, selling HUGE big bags of sweets and liquorice for 1/16 of the price. Literally! Cheeky blighters if you ask me!!

Amazing sweet shop. Also have American sweets there as well. Only put 4 starts because they can be a little expensive.
