Lancaster cathedral is a center of solace. When I visited there I was the only person present in the big hall so I had enough to contemplate and reflect. I made a small donation lighted up a candle and thanked Lord that such a place as Lancaster cathedral still exist where people can go and find a deeper meaning and purpose to life contrary to the mad race of materialism which gives false promises of happiness is in actuality depressing and meaningless.
