Jeremy Feakins brings over 30 years experience as an investor and entrepreneur to his role as JPF Venture Group’s Chief Executive Officer. Feakins, a native of Great Britain (and naturalized U.S citizen), has at various times been involved with real estate, renewable energy, international oil, and medical innovation. Besides his role at JPF Ventures, he has served since 2010 as the Chairman of the Board for Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation (OTEC), a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based company that employs technology capable of producing clean, renewable energy by utilizing the temperature difference between the ocean’s warm surface water and the deeper, colder water. OTEC has projects in various stages of development throughout the Caribbean, Pacific Rim, and Africa. Most notable is the Seawater Air Conditioning (SWAC) system the company has designed for the Baha Mar Resort in the Bahamas. The company has also advanced plans to open OTEC EcoVillage communities featuring self-sustaining homes and condominiums powered by renewable electricity. In all, Jeremy Feakins has helped OTE Corporation attract over $25 million in private equity and negotiate more than $100 million in senior debt project financing. Jeremy Feakins previously served as Executive Vice Chairman and a Director of Caspian International Oil Corporation, a holding company that owns 95 percent of the equity in two limited liability partnerships organized under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
