My Sales Associate was Vince. I told him what I was looking for and he took me downstairs to the bedroom furniture. He explained how the furniture was made and the warranty as well. The furniture is expensive, but it’s extremely well made. Nothing you would find at the larger furniture stores. Delivery was a little later than promised (2 weeks longer than expected) , but the guys, Mike and Chris, who delivered it were great! They wore masks, and we did as well. They were here on time and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They explained how to care for the furniture and thanked us for purchasing from Gish’s. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality.

We went in to the Lancaster store looking for a dresser after a recent move to the area. Rich not only helped us find what we were looking for, he was able to deliver it much more quickly than originally thought! The delivery staff were very careful and kind. All around great experience for a quality, goregous piece of furniture that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend - we will be back.
We had a great experience from the in-store purchase to delivery. We customized a dining room set with table, chairs and stools. This is our first dining set and we LOVE it! It's beautifully crafted and absolutely worth the price, as it really is one of a kind. We worked closely with Rich to find the perfect set for us. The delivery guys were great, very professional and friendly. I will absolutely recommend Gish's to all friends and family.
We had a fantastic experience at Gish's. Their quality, service, and pricing are all impressive. I'm apprehensive about warranties, but when I learned how extensive it is and that not using it give you a credit with Gish's at the end of the period, I went for it. Delivery was excellent - professional, timely, and courteous. The sales staff were great to work with, and it was really nice meeting one of the Gish's! This is a great family business, and I look forward to using them again!
Shari was extremely helpful, and patient, while we tried to decide on the right hutches for our dining room. The hutches were only slightly delayed due to the pandemic, and are exactly as advertised, Beautiful, well-crafted, and match exceptionally well with our craftsman dining room table, and kitchen island. The picture doesn't do them justice. We couldn't be happier. Thank you.
