I was looking for a radiator cap and the guy (didn't catch his name) was really helpful. It wasn't as simple as giving the car details over as the car is an import. With a bit of cross referencing and trial and error they were able to find a quality, well priced cap that fit. Thanks again.

Clever attitude, no customer service and cannot use a phone book. I rang to ask for a price on an urgent part. I was told it was not on their system and they would have to call manufacturer. This was urgent because the ordering cut off was fast approaching. 20 minutes later and no phone call I rang them back and was advised their computer was down. I explained the computer had already been checked and they simply had to call the manufacturer. All phone numbers stored on PC was their reply. I asked did they not know how to use a diary or a phone book or have the initiative to look on their phone and the clever reply was \I have never known life without a computer so no\. Manager was also conveniently unavailable. My advice stay away.
