Have always had amazing service here from the moment you get through the door. I was initially really nervous about going to the dentist after a bad experience at the previous practice I used to go to. Saw Eleri and Tracey first and both are amazing and absolutely helped me get over the fear of going. Recently had to have a tricky extraction and saw Eilish and Alex. They were brilliant too and did a great job of explaining everything as they went which was really reassuring. Eilish was incredibly gentle with the injections and very skilled at removing what was clearly a tricky tooth. I'm incredibly grateful and can't thank all at Pont Steffan enough.

Absolutely phenominal practice...... Have not visited a dentist for the best part of 10 years due to fear. Eilish who treated me could not have done more to make me feel comfortable, she is an absolute asset to this practice. Even the care from the receptionists was extremely welcoming and thoughtful. 5 stars is not enough. Thankyou all at pont steffan

Made an appointment for what I thought would be a simple filling, excellent dentist (Eleri) spotted a problem unrelated to the filling, which had it been left too long could have become quite serious. 10/10 for attentiveness. All patched up now and very happy. No issue with getting appointments or rearranging when I couldn't make it. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you to all at Pont Steffan!

Eleri and her assistant Aimee ,with there advanced technology which is nice to have ,but the best thing was the care and compassion which you have shown me over the last few weeks it is very much appreciated . Joyce on reception always the professional making sure I get that reminder email or phone call.
