In winter you need to leave your car and hike to the chalet for about an hour. The view is idyllic. The place is also nice in summer, and much less busy, you can eat there and have a drinks. Bring cash as when I was up there I remember the restaurant not taking cards.

Super nice location in the middle of the forest. The food is super delicious. The staff is nice and friendly. If you are around that area I really suggest to stop there.

after climbing up with cross country skies get the typical hot wine and a foundu.. and be careful with the dog..he can make you kiss the snow!!!

Good stop after countryski trip. Have some tea and blueberry tart. Their soup is hearty and will warm you up bit it is tasteless.
