Lambton House Care Home

Lambton House is professional and heart-centred and offers a refreshingly holistic approach to elderly care from the little things to the big things. We'd almost lost hope of finding somewhere that would be suitable for my mother-in-law (a very fit 80yr old whose alzhiemers has made it impossible for her to live independently any more, but still takes pride and dignity in herself). She had a traumatic experience at another home (ironically with a better CQC no less ha) but the Lambton house team restored her to herself; they respect her and treat her (and all residents) like the individuals that they are, with care and individual attention, on her good days and bad. During covid, they have communicated excellently and gone above and beyond to ensure residents and their families feel connected and in-touch with one another, which has been priceless and have met medical and emotional needs of my mother-in-law on all levels. We're so grateful to all of them for their hard work

I cant thank this care home enough for all the love and support my mother has had since been in their care . All of the staff are so friendly and so caring towards the residents . If you are thinking of placing an elderly family member here do not hesitate as your guaranteed 100% to be at ease knowing your loved ones are safe and looked after

in response to the earlier review ,i would like to state that i have worked at lambton house for over 17yrs, and in this time all staff and service users are treated with the upmost repesct, all staff are very dedicated and take pride in their work, .all the time i have worked here i and all the other staff have been and will continue to be paid on time,this also is the case when individuals are on long term sick although there is a procedure to follow in all cases and is the responsibilty of individuals to hand their time sheet or sick notes in on time thankyou
