While visiting Collioure we found ourselves quite hungry. I did some searching and found this little gem. The restaurant is not located near the main beach area which I assume explains the lack of customers. The food was delicious and expertly prepared. We had all fish for both starters and mains. This included marinaded sardines, swordfish and tartare of tuna. If you are in the area, make sure to get yourself hungry and then eat here.

Poor and slow service, No one spoke English and even though we really explain the concept of dry, we got a sweet wine. Not close to price worthy!
We ate here today as my wife recalled having eaten here 20 years ago and discovering an amazing carpaccio. I'm sure those running it today are different, but the carpaccio was still amazing. Sea bream carpaccio this time, some amazing duck, great desserts and excellent service. I just looked back over some previous negative reviews and can't believe it is for the same restaurant. It may be for tourists, but hey, I'm a tourist, and the lady serving us today made us feel the most welcome we have felt since we arrived in France.
Excellent typical food (sometimes a bit twisted) on the nice terrasse, in a beautiful village!
Very delicious, especially the starter Fish tarte. Friendly waitress, changing components of meals for the kids easy, quiet location near the Beach without the touristrumble at the harbour. Been there twice...will definitely come back!
We've eaten here a couple of times now and the food and service at this restaurant are superb.
