They’re really helpful and professional! The station is very clean and feels safe to be in. I’m not sure why there’s bad ratings; maybe it was an off day for these people... I guess they don’t understand these deputies are also busy working. Anyway, Keep up the good work deputies!

I want to give zero stars but unfortunately the lowest rating is one (1) star. The lakewood, CA., Jailer is rude and intentionally disconnects the telephone call when she doesn’t feel like doing her job. I asked the jailer questions which she intentionally and willfully hung up on me. I was never disrespectful and never used any inappropriate language. She answered my questions with questions. Her tone and demeanor was unprofessional and reflects poorly upon the Lakewood Sheriff Department. This is our tax dollars at work.

Waited TWO hours before leaving in a completely empty lobby (1 PM) just for a simple fix it ticket write off. After waiting the first 45 mins I went back on the after hours phone to remind officer Garcia that I have been waiting and all she said was “that they were really busy” and hung up the phone on me. And after a shift change I’m assuming that she did not tell the next officer that I was waiting in the lobby because she had no clue I had been waiting for the past two hours

Called for assistance as a last resort and Deputy Moreno was unhelpful, condescending, and rude. It is no wonder everyone dislikes police. Aren’t you paid to protect and serve? Appears that is asking too much. Please work on your people skills.

So disappointing. This sheriff department lacks commitment to serve their community. Called twice regarding noise complaint on a neighbor blasting music on a Sunday evening past 11pm - both times the person answering the call said \we'll send someone there right now\ but NEVER SHOWED UP. This event was on Sunday 2/7- first call was 10pm, waited an hour- then called again at 11pm. No one showed up.
