I called about an issue I was having with a client who wasn't paying an outstanding bill. The people of Swisher Group were so lovely and sympathetic about my situation and the fact that I'm a small business owner. I even spoke to the owner of Swisher Group about my situation. He was amazingly understanding and lent a kind ear. They actually took on my case, even though it was a small amount, pro bono! Henry, my caseworker, was very kind, helpful, a great mediator and gave me some great business advice. My ex-client was so manipulative and stubborn, I never was going to see that money even with Swisher Group's help, but they helped me make peace with that fact and move on. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is having financial difficulties!
