David was recommended to us by a friend and we were very pleased to have used him. When we were looking around for mortgage advise we visited a few suppliers. David was the only one to charge a small fee, but he earned this by spending more time in finding the right mortgage for us In the end, even with his fee included, we got a better deal than we would have done at the other advisers. He was very helpful and was willing to go out of his way to help at every stage of the proceedings.

I would gladly recommend David at the Lakeland Mortgage Centre. I was advised to speak to him by FMB and he guided me through the process as a first time buyer. David went out of his way to search for a suitable mortgage for me which is not always easy with a small deposit.
