Dr Jean was rude and uncaring. Immediately walked in and said, \Why are you here?\ Then had the nerve to call my mother fat and told her to get off the couch every so often, when she said she was having trouble swallowing. My mother was in tears and did not want to go to the doctor again. I convinced her to get a second opinion, which she did, thank God and found a growth on her thyroid. Not that it matters, but my mother works hard everyday and is a little over weight, but he made it sound like she was bed ridden and does nothing. I would not send my worst enemy to see him. Definitely do not recommend.
Several of my neighbors love Dr. Jean and recommended him when I needed to check on a hearing problem. I found Dr. Jean to be absolutely excellent and I am very thankful for the recommendations. Dr. Jean is very knowledgeable and I felt secure in knowing I was in very good hands and getting the very best care. I highly recommend Dr. Jean
Dr. Was very attentive. He reviewed by scan with me explaining what it meant. I would recommend him to anyone needing an ENT. I didn't feel rushed at all.
Husband has throat cancer and had a trach put in. So when Dr. Jean told him he would be back to remove stitches.... And never came back he got stressed. How rude can one doctor be? I mean don't be an jerk... My husband already knows he made mistakes for God's sake he is paying dearly... But you Dr. Jean do not have to be rude. I'm guessing the only way your still in business is because of the hospital cause no one would go to someone so rude.
