These tags are great. The customer service is awesome as well. I did have a hairline crack and it was replaced for free and in a timely manner. I switched to the metal tag and it is very secure. Great product!! I would highly recommend

Staff is fairly useless & not friendly. Wandered around looking for help but employes were to busy talking in a group in a corner. Finally asked someone for help with a product & they said i had to go ask the groomers. The groomers scoffed & said they were basically to busy to help (which i agree that i don't think should have been their job to help) but 1 of them was very nice & gave me some great info. 1st time I've been inside this brand in a while. I prefer the layout & brands of one of their competitors.
The best grooming team in the Chicago land area! I will drive my dog from the city to come here to get groomed only. The service is unbeatable along with the price. The only groomers my dog likes. Bodhi loves it here!
