This place was recommended to us by a close friend. We ordered oxtail stew but we only got one piece of oxtail with a lot of okra (stew). The oxtail stew was 15.99. We called the restaurant and asked do they only serve one oxtail, the manager didn’t believe us and was frustrated by my call. So yes this is not cool so I do not recommend and won’t return, and for 15.99 it’s not worth it.

I'll give 0 for customer service. But my main concern is the patties. I've bought there several times and this is where I draw the line. If I'm paying money, I want to feel it was worth it for me to keep coming and buying. I'm not paying money to just eat flour, if it is the case I'll prefer to buy breads. I'm paying money for the overall experience of having enough filling inside so it doesn't feel like I'm munching on cooked flour. Imagine I tend to buy for my job or family/friends gatherings. The whole top was just cooked flour and right in the middle you have this (I don't even want to call it a filling) and what kills me, they are all like that. Please pay attention to what you are providing the customers.
The food AMAZING! But the service is HORRIBLE ! The cashier doesn’t know how to talk to anyone and when you ask her a question she catches an attitude..... Anyone who runs a business knows that good customer service is everything to a paying customers.
I always feel like family when I come through to this restaurant; food is made fresh when you order and the portion sizes are great! 10 out of 10 stars would definitely recommend!
The food and staff are amazing! I absolutely love coming here! The variety of food is so vast and i have enjoyed each dish I have tried. My favorite is the griot with a side of scotch bonnet and also the fried red snapper with rice and plantains!! And also their new patacon or tostones
