Love walking around this lake and checking out all the awesome planes when I come to town. Have taken two flights out of this lake, what a fantastic experience just by itself.

Very interesting! Worth a drive even after sunset and in the winter. Have never seen anything like this place before and would've loved to check it out in the daytime if I had more time.

Came in the early AM to catch the sunrise. Unfortunately it was too cloudy. Very peaceful.

Parking/Entrance is in the 'back' facing the lake. Staff is friendly and accommodating. If you go on a weekday in winter you'll more or less have the whole place to yourself.
