I took my older ProTeam vacuum in for service. While it seemed to have some suction, it was greatly diminished. I was quoted 129.99 to replace filters, brush head, etc. and get it functioning properly. I wasn’t expecting the cost to be that high. Therefore, I brought the vacuum home. I looked up troubleshooting the Proforce vacuum on the Pro-Team website. I discovered there was a significant blockage (bobby-pin, hair, and silk plant leaves) in the lower air duct hose. I followed the instructional online video and cleared the blockage. I also cleaned the motor intake filter as per the video. I agree that Mike has great expertise and knowledge when it comes to vacuum repair and servicing. I would’ve appreciated being told the problem could be a blockage that was restricting suction, as well as the option to simply clear any blockage and the cost for that.

I like to buy my vacuum bags, and filters here. It's a good feeling to support local small business. I like to keep my money in our community.
