The most unhelpful showroom I ever visited. Service terrible, except for the receptionist who was lovely and helpful. Other staff did not want the work, no time to answer queries, dismissive. Never going back due to staff. Two stars as showroom looks nice and good range of items.

After an initial worrying start Laings turned things around and have provided a high quality product, finished to a high standard. I am a very happy customer.

They are so obsessed with Covid that you can't touch products, so it's a very unsatisfactory experience

Apart from the nice showroom - and it pains me to say this (As we did look at reviews etc before committing !!!) - Worst decision we ever made getting Laings to fit out our Bathroom - Project over-ran (A LOT) poor trades people (Lots of 3rd Parties) - Worst plastering I've ever seen - And YES - they do want 100% payment upfront - Now I understand why as they would never deserve any balance to be paid due to lousy install works... NOT what it's made out to be !!! Be warned !!! Still fixing issues myself as don't want their team to return (e.g. Fix one thing, break another !!!)
