Their pick and drop service and customer service is very good but when they say they "Dry Clean" blanket, its a lie because when my blankets were returned they were washed not dry cleaned and it was clearly evident from the blanket because it has lost its softness. I have specifically called them to confirm if its a dry clean or a wash and they said its a dry clean so either they don't know what they are doing or just telling lies.
