I had a very good experience of their services. I had multiple issues with multiple Muslim showers, as notorious as it is, so someone told me about PORTA, costy though, I tried their stuff. It was good experience for 1 year. After 1 year of use, 2 of them started leaking. I got their WhatsApp business number from my local vendor and sent them a complain. They sent me their requirements also asking video/picture of complaint. I followed that procedure and after 1 day the service-man from PORTA visited and resolved the issue without charges, fixing the same Muslim shower, that I thought was beyond repair. Their services are genuine. Keep up the good work MashAllah.

I lodged complaint and after 10 days still no one has come. They don't pick their telephones nor can you complain online as entries on their web page can't be filled, system is such, no one can reach them. So sad. Islamabad helpline no. is auto block. Lahore number not picked up, later call drops. My complaint no. is 2004498, (however the company representative finally turned up to check the problem).
