Today I visited customer service centre for the lodgement of complaint of our burnt solar inverter. All staff behaviour was good specially customer service representative but the behaviour of Mr Jibran General Manager was so rude. In 6 months it is my 2nd complain. Don’t buy useful products. Wastage of money and time.

Very poor quality solar panels, not suitable for the Perth weather, couldn't withstand a very minor hailstorm. Go for a more durable product. would not recommend this product. Also very difficult to get through customer service.

I high recommend that you DO NOT get Omega Power for your home. They have the worst customer service, management, etc.
purchased two inverters and both of them got blown up after a year or so.. they failed to repair.. management and after sale service is extremely pathetic. wont recommend anyone buying omega inverters
