Staff is not good i was with family. i lost my room key in Taxi i came back to hotel and said give me duplicate keys staff on desk said we will charge 500 for duplicate keys i said ok i gave them 500rs Other guy was standing on desk infront of my eyes he pickup my room keys from keyboard and said hide it inside the counter And said manager took your room keys and he is absent he is on leave from today o said i have to leave my flight is right after 4 hrs than they said we can't do any thing than i call my friend who is leaving in lhr he came and solve that issue and then i got my keys the harras families don't stay here
