The places has all the items needed for everyday life whether it is crockery, toys or groceries. But needs improvement such as items should have price tag on them. This is quite hectic that for every item I have to go to the cashier's counter for price check. The ratio of number of staff to number of customers is 1:3. Hence not all customers queries about the price of item can be handled by few numbers of staff. This establishment needs to put price tags on every items.

It was supposed to be good to be at Euro Wapda but the dealings of the staff found to be inattentive, nonprofessional and more mobiles centric. I got a feeling of not being welcomed even though there were not many customers in the store at that time. The sense of seriousness was not prevailing even two of the attendants were kicking each other in the hall. The teller was busy with mobile and I had to wait for his attention for charging my grocery into the cash register. He ordered for a sack of flour but no one listened. It took more than normal time to one who brought the sack from back of the store. It was all very difficult for me to comprehend that the managers/supervisors were also aloof of the happenings. I wonder that in the age of cut throat competition how can owners bear all this for long at the cost of their baring profits??? PS: Just a report no offence made
